Terminology

"eUmbrella", "we", "us" and/or "our" refers to eUmbrella Corporation (International) Public Ltd, eUmbrella Corporation (CY) Ltd and any other member of the eUmbrella Corporation group of companies, as described at the eUmbrella Corporation Group. It can also refer to any employee of the eUmbrella Corporation group of companies.

"RichReach" and/or "RR" refers to the RichReach Application and the RichReach Software Platform.

"Websites" refers to any websites and urls used and/or owned by eUmbrella including www.eUmbrellacorp.com and any websites that are used for the provision of eUmbrella services. It also refers to any other interfaces used to access information and services of eUmbrella.

"You" and "your" refers to any individual and/or legal entity and/or special type organisation that registers and has a client account with RichReach to use the RichReach services and/or to use the RichReach Application.


General

This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices of the Websites of the eUmbrella Corporation group of companies. The Privacy Policy is intended for anyone who visits or uses the Websites and explains how eUmbrella treats information that is received and/or collected, when received or collected, when you visit and use the Websites.

The Privacy Policy includes:
  •  What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the Websites, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
  •  What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  •  The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

The RichReach Application Privacy Policy may also be relevant to you.

eUmbrella through its Websites and RichReach, may ask you to agree to specific Terms & Conditions relating to the information and/or services and/or systems of eUmbrella you would like to visit and/or use.

When you register with RichReach and create a RR account, we may request specific information about you. You will be able to view this information and we will allow you to modify most of them. For your protection and to avoid problems when you use RR, certain information cannot be modified once entered.

Information we collect about you, can be used to statistically analyse the Websites and RichReach and prepare reports. These statistics and reports assist us to review the performance of the Websites and RR, to support the increasing requirements of our clients, to improve our clients’ RR experience, to identify areas of improvement and for other reasons.


Communication

By providing us with your contact information, we may contact you in the future with information about eUmbrella and/or RichReach including changes to this Privacy Policy and other Terms and Conditions that may relate to you.

When you register with RR you will be sent various notifications about your RR account and the RR services. You have the option to Opt-In and to Opt-Out from receiving RR information and other material.

When you sign up, subscribe, fill out a form, comment, send us an e-mail or ask us to respond to you or when you communicate with us in any other way (hereinafter also referred to as “Communication”), we retain the information that you have included in the respective Communication as well as our responses to such Communication. We may associate such information with information received from other channels such as your visit(s) of our Websites and/or your RR account.


Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Websites, your information is protected both online and offline. Sensitive information is encrypted and transmitted to our systems in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect your sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The RR servers where we store your information are kept in a secure environment and cannot be accessed by unauthorised parties, locally and remotely.

We recommend that you:
  •  Create a strong security profile when registering with RR. If you need to have a physical or digital record of your RR security details, keep it in a safe place. Do not communicate your security profile information to anyone and change your security profile information regularly.
  •  Keep your RR information up to date.
  •  When you log-into RichReach, you should log out once you have finished.
  •  Take all necessary security actions to keep your personal device(s), through which you access your RR Account and use the RichReach Application, safe and away from unauthorised parties.
  •  Use reliable and well known antivirus software, have it active at all times, regularly update it and make regular scans of your device(s).
  •  Avoid accessing your RR from third party devices. If you need to, take all necessary actions to avoid any third party accessing your RR account and viewing your RR personal information.

Providing RR with correct and up to date information will ensure we can protect your information and be able to identify you with your RR account during our communications. We will not be held responsible when your information have been accessed by or communicated to a third party due to providing RR with wrong or outdated information or when your security profile is considered weak or when due to your personal actions (intentionally or unintentionally) your RR account’s security profile and login information have been made known to a third party (by you, through your device(s) or through a third party device you used to access your RR account).


Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

If a real person needs to access your information (specific or part of statistics), that person has received the necessary authorizations to access the information. In all cases, we will only disclose the minimum information the third party has to have and avoid disclosing very personal and sensitive information. We also request the advice of our lawyers.

The personnel of eUmbrella Corporation group of companies will access and view your information to assist you or to perform his/her job duties.

Partners of eUmbrella Corporation (ex: payment processing partners) may be given specific information about you in order to complete an RR activity.

We may share your information with a third party to assist you:
  1) access the rich content of RR (ex: private content),
  2) use the RR services (ex: when you call someone the destination sees the call is from your telephone number),
  3) interact with the third party (anonymous communications are prohibited),
  4) complete one of your RR requests (credit card payment through a third party payment processing system).

We may inform a third party to who communicated with you (ex: has send you a news message) about the result of their communication with you.

We may disclose your information to law enforcement, governmental agencies, or authorized third-parties, in response to a verified request relating to terror acts, criminal investigations or alleged illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other RR user to legal liability.

We may prepare non-personal statistics that include your activity and/or profile information and send them to third parties for a number of reasons including to comply with legislations and regulations.
